Aparokshanubhuti Verse 116

Sanskrit

दृष्टिं ज्ञानमयीं कृत्वा पश्येद्ब्रह्ममयं जगत्। सा दृष्टिः परमोदारा न नासाग्रावलोकनी।।

Transliteration

Dṛṣṭiṃ jñānamayīṃ kṛtvā paśyedbrahmamayaṃ jagat. Sā dṛṣṭiḥ paramodārā na nāsāgrāvalokanī

Swami Vimuktananda's Translation

Converting the ordinary vision into one of knowledge one should view the world as Brahman itself. That is the noblest vision, and not that which is directed to the tip of the nose.
