Aparokshanubhuti Verse 96

Sanskrit

रज्जुरूपे परिज्ञाते सर्पभ्रान्तिर्न तिष्ठति। अधिष्ठाने तथा ज्ञाते प्रपञ्चः शून्यतां व्रजेत्।।

Transliteration

Rajjurūpe parijñāte sarpabhrāntirna tiṣṭhati. Adhiṣṭhāne tathā jñāte prapañcaḥ śūnyatāṃ vrajet

Swami Vimuktananda's Translation

The real nature of the rope being known, the appearance of the snake no longer persists; so the substratum being known, the phenomenal world disappears completely.
