Vedantasara - Verse 139

Sanskrit

तथाहि एतद्भोगायतनं चतुर्विधसकलस्थूलशरीरजातं भोग्यरूपान्नपानादिकमेतदायतनभूतभूरादिचतुर्दशभुवनान्येतदायतनभूतं ब्रह्माण्डं चैतत्सर्वमेतेषां कारणरूपं पञ्चीकृतभूतमात्रं भवति

Swami Nikhilananda's Translation

To illustrate: The four kinds of physical bodies which are the seats of enjoyment; the different kinds of food and drink etc., which are the objects of enjoyment; the fourteen planes such as Bhur etc., which contain them and the universe (Brahmanda) which contains these planes — all these are reduced to their cause, the five gross elements.
