अत्राप्यखिलसूक्ष्मशरीरमेकबुद्धिविषयतया वनवज्जलाशयवद्वा समष्टिरनेकबुद्धिविषयतया वृक्षवज्जलवद्वा व्यष्टिरपि भवति

Swami Nikhilananda's Translation

Here also the sum total of all the subtle bodies, when looked upon as one, like a forest or a reservoir, is called samasti or aggregate and when viewed as many, like the trees or quantities of water, is called Vyasti or individual.
