Verse 2.33.1

आ ते पितर्मरुतां सुम्नमेतु मा नः सूर्यस्य संदृशो युयोथाः ।
अभि नो वीरो अर्वति क्षमेत प्र जायेमहि रुद्र प्रजाभिः ॥

Translation
O Father of the Maruts, may your benevolence reach us; do not keep us from the sight of the sun. May our hero (son) be spared/prosper in the swift race (of life), and may we, O Rudra, increase in numbers through our progeny.
Verse 2.33.3

श्रेष्ठो जातस्य रुद्र श्रियासि तवस्तमस्तवसां वज्रबाहो ।
पर्षि णः पारमंहसः स्वस्ति विश्वा अभीती रपसो युयोधि ॥

Translation
O Rudra, you are the most excellent of all beings in your glory; you are the mightiest of the mighty, O Wielder of the Thunderbolt. Lead us safely to the further shore of our distress; ward off all attacks of evil and injury.
Verse 2.33.12

कुमारश्चित्पितरं वन्दमानं प्रति नानाम रुद्रोपयन्तम् ।
भूरेर्दातारं सत्पतिं गृणीषे स्तुतस्त्वं भेषजा रास्यस्मे ॥

Translation
Like a son who bows toward his father who approaches him with a greeting, even so, O Rudra, do I incline toward you. I extol the Giver of Abundance, the Lord of the Good; being thus praised, bestow your healing remedies upon us.
