Word-by-word

सर्वाणि-अपि-अङ्गानि (All limbs indeed) श्रीमन्ति (are auspicious/beautiful) तव (Your) इन्दु-चूड-कुल-कान्ते (O Beloved of the moon-crested Lord’s family); कवि-निवह-विनुति-पात्रे (the object of praise for the multitude of poets) श्रोत्रे (the two ears) देवि (O Goddess) श्रियावेव (are like Lakshmi/Shree themselves).

Translation

O Goddess, Beloved of the Moon-crested Lord! While all Your limbs are certainly auspicious and beautiful, Your two ears—the constant subject of poets’ praises—are truly like the twin embodiments of Goddess Lakshmi (Shree) Herself.
