वाक्चतुष्टयोदयविरामप्रथासु स्वरः प्रथते ॥ ७॥
Transliteration
vākcatuṣṭayodayavirāmaprathāsu svaraḥ prathate || 7 ||
Translation
In the expansion of the rising and ceasing of the four levels of speech, the Self-resonance shines forth.
