Katha Upanishad Verse 2.3.8

Beyond the Unmanifest is the all-pervading Purusha, who is devoid of any indicative marks (linga). Knowing Him, the mortal is freed and attains immortality.

Sanskrit Verse

अव्यक्तात्तु परः पुरुषो व्यापकोऽलिङ्ग एव च ।
यं ज्ञात्वा मुच्यते जन्तुरमृतत्वं च गच्छति ॥ ८ ॥

Transliteration

avyaktāttu paraḥ puruṣo vyāpako’liṅga eva ca |
yaṃ jñātvā mucyate janturamṛtatvaṃ ca gacchati || 8 ||

Translation

Beyond the Avyaktam is Purusha, all-pervading and devoid of linga (indicative mark), whom knowing the mortal is freed and attains immortality.
