Vatulanatha Sutra 1

Sanskrit

महासाहसवृत्त्य स्वरूपलाभः ॥ १॥

Transliteration

mahāsāhasavṛttyā svarūpalābhaḥ || 1 ||

Translation

The attainment of one’s true nature is achieved through the function of Great Audacity.

Vatulanatha Sutra 2

Sanskrit

Translation

From the attainment of that true nature, there is a simultaneous emergence of all functions of consciousness.

Vatulanatha Sutra 3

Translation

By the friction of both boards (subject and object), entry into the Great Void occurs.

Vatulanatha Sutra 4

Sanskrit

Transliteration

yugmagrāsānniravakāśasaṃvinniṣṭhā || 4 ||

Translation

By devouring the pair of duality, one is established in gapless, continuous Pure Consciousness.

Sanskrit

Transliteration

siddhayoginīsaṅghaṭṭānmahāmelāpodayas || 5 ||

Translation

From the communion with the assembly of Siddhas and Yoginis, the Great Meeting of consciousness arises.

Translation

By abandoning the three coverings, one abides in the Unnameable State.

Translation

In the expansion of the rising and ceasing of the four levels of speech, the Self-resonance shines forth.

rasatritayāsvādanenānicchocchalitaṃ vigatabandhaṃ paraṃ brahma || 8 ||

Translation

By savoring the three essences, the bond-free and desireless overflowing Supreme Brahman is realized.

Transliteration

devīcatuṣṭayollāsena सदैव svaviśrāntyavasthitiḥ || 9 ||

Translation

Through the play of the four Goddesses, one is always established in the state of resting in the Self.

Translation

By the rising of the twelve flows, the expansion of the Great Rays of consciousness occurs.

Translation

In the rising of the five modes of conduct, there is immersion into the waveless state of stillness.

From immersion into the Great Awakening, there is no longer any connection to merit or sin.

Translation

By the power of the unspeakable story and the attainment of the Mudra of Great Wonder, one achieves the nature of the sound of space.
